Step 1 — Tell Us Your Vision
Use the contact form below or email us at hello@kindredflameoutfitters.com with your idea, design files, and order details.
Step 2 — We Send a Quote & Proof
We'll review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with a price quote and a digital mockup for your approval.
Step 3 — Approve & We Print
Once you approve the proof and complete payment, we move into production. Most orders ship within 7–10 business days after approval.
Step 4 — Receive Your Custom Gear
Your finished apparel ships right to your door. Bulk and wholesale orders welcome!
📋 What to Include in Your Request
- Artwork/Design file — accepted formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG (300 DPI or higher preferred)
- Apparel style — e.g., t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, tank top
- Sizes & quantities — list each size and how many of each you need
- Print placement — front, back, left chest, sleeve, etc.
- Color preferences — garment color and any print color notes
- Deadline — let us know if you have a specific need-by date
